What is Helios?

Helios is the software that Cambus uses to maintain and update employee data.
The Driver Portal is an interface for Helios specifically designed for employees.
What can I do in Helios?

You can use Helios to view your own work record, get employee contact info and update your own info.

Why can't I see my hour or wage history?

Helios does not display this because it would duplicate services already available to you. At the Human Resources Self Service Site you will find resources such as hour history, wage history, and tax information.
I have forgotten my username/password. What do I do?

You are fired. Just kidding!
Contact a supervisor and they will reset your account to a random password. Be aware that due to security concerns they will not be able to provide you with the new password through email.
Change your password to something personal and unique immediately!!!
Helios says my account is locked/frozen, what does that mean?

It means that there have been too many unsuccessful attempts to login. More than four unsuccessful attempts in an hour results in your account being locked for an hour. Further attempts to login will restart the lockout hour over, so just wait until your account automatically unlocks. Too many unsuccessful attempts over and beyond being locked out will result in your account being frozen. A frozen account can only be "thawed" by a supervisor. This feature is for your protection.
Why doesn't Helios just use my HawkID?

In order to provide the utmost in features and responsiveness, Helios utilizes its own security system accessable to Helios administrators. We would prefer not to risk seeing your HawkID and password.
What are the forum rules?

The forums are for Cambus employees to talk about work or really anything, but some rules apply. There is absolutely no profanity allowed. Excessive attempts to post messages containing profanity will result in being barred from posting. Also, any other profanity, racial slurs or other inappropriate conduct will result in immediate barring from posting and the deletion of said posts.
Topics with no posting activity will be deleted after three months to maintain space.
I have been barred from the posting. What can I do?

You must contact a supervisor to have your posting ability reinstated. The supervisor has the right to approve or decline your request as they see fit.
